Culinary Philosophy

Eating together, sharing, savoring – that’s what this cozy dining room is all about. Dishes are served in the center of the table. Carefully curated menus, thirty seats. Guests face each other, take time to chat – and share, if they wish. Fine dining, just the way it tastes among friends.

Products from the family’s own organic farm Lahnahof, meat and sausages from the local Pfeifer butcher, freshly caught fish from Schwarzfischer Stams, fruit and vegetables from local fields, and all seasoned with Alpine herbs and spices we pick ourselves. This gives the Linde cuisine its special flavour.
